All strategies, content, and materials created by Boost and Rank during the course of service shall remain the property of Boost and Rank until full payment is received.
After payment, the client has the right to use the deliverables for intended purposes.
Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or resell any Boost and Rank proprietary materials without prior written consent.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the partnership.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the services by providing written notice:
If the other party breaches a material term of the agreement.
If services are no longer required, subject to any applicable cancellation fees as outlined in agreements.
Upon termination, any outstanding balances must be paid immediately.
9. Limitation of Liability
Boost and Rank shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid to us for the services.
